A first degree of ANY University OR its equivalent recognized by the Senate of the Lagos State University
Holders of The Higher National Diploma (HND) OR its recognized equivalent with Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in International Relations and Strategic Studies of the Lagos State University are also eligible.
